My home-based business could not survive without my PC

When my computer crashed recently I was paralysed and in a panic. I had picked up a leaflet on t24 only days before and rang with some trepidation. I was told an Agent would arrive in 3 hours.That he did and within 40 minutes had fixed my problem, updated my virus software and gave my PC a healthcheck. A fabulous service is an understatement. I will never buy another computer warranty again. In an emergency it was worthless. Thanks Rob!

The screen went black, the computer beeped and then nothing

As a lawyer I work to deadlines that are critical and despite my cursing and switch flicking nothing. I rang t24 as they had been recommended and despite the time, 9.45pm they took the call and my Agent arrived at 11.00pm. It took almost 2 hours to fix my PC, which had an electrical fault, but despite the hour Agent Paul was polite, efficient and had great humour. I cannot recommend them highly enough and because of him I was in court the next morning, fully armed for battle!

I bought a new PC and needed help setting it up

As you may know we bought a new system (from PC World) and because of a virus we had in our old computer, asked PC Doctor to sort that out and help with the installation. That one visit from PC Doctor cost us £233-00. We were unable to use the computer at all in spite of a subsequent visit from another PC Doctor engineer, and a lengthy (and expensive) phone call to the PC World technical department. t24 Agent Glen Hughes arrived on the Saturday morning and from the word go was absolutely brilliant.

He spent several hours on that day, and more on a subsequent visit to ensure that he had got to the bottom of the problem – he almost became part of the family!! He kept in touch with a couple of follow up calls just to check all was well which was hugely appreciated. We then ordered lap tops for each of the three boys through Glen, and he duly arrived with them and spent another few hours getting them up and running. He could not have been more helpful.

We will certainly not ever go to anyone else if we have another problem and will tell as many people as we can about t24 and what a fantastic service you provided.
