Here at t24 we are committed to transparent pricing.

When you call our help desk we will ascertain the nature of your call and then refer you to our capabilities and pricing menu.

This way you can be sure that you understand exactly our charges and what you are getting for them.

If you agree with us that the help you require does not appear on our standard pricing menu we will quote you our standard call out fee that includes travel and one hour of expert t24 agent time.

Our agents our committed to minimising the amount you have to pay for technology support, there will be instances where your computers require extended support.

Our agents will inform you at every point where you could incur additional charges and not start or continue any work unless you are in complete agreement with them.
